Barbati's LLC dose business as Pittsburgh Cleaning Solutions and is registered with the State of Pennsylvania.

Terms & conditions

Please read Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.

This is an agreement between Pittsburgh Cleaning Solutions (Barbati's LLC) 412clean.com all affiliates and you the Customer. We and our partners have the right to collect and use any information provided to us. You agree that by using our services you agree to all Terms and Conditions, Refund Return Policies, services offered, Privacy Statement, and any other terms of service offered, if you don't agree do not use.

It is at our digression weather we accept a contract for whatever reason we see acceptable, You (the customer) have the right to not accept service on a free quote. You understand that you can cancel your contract at any time for whatever reason, we reserve the right to do the same.

While using our service you agree to hold Pittsburgh Cleaning Solutions (Barbati's LLC) and all affiliates, partners, or anyone connected to our company not at fault for any service provided through our company or from 412clean.com Pittsburgh Cleaning Solutions, Barbati's LLC or any of partners for any reason but not limited to malfunction of or misuse of any product or equipment on any of our web sites or while in your Home or Business.

Refund / return policies

If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning services provided call our office within 12 hours of service preformed and we will re-clean any areas of concern you have free of charge.

Return checks are subject to $35.00 fee. When service is ordered you have 24 hours to cancel if you wish to do so free of charge, after 24 hours a 50% fee (half of the cost of the service) will be applied.

Pittsburgh Cleaning Solutions does not sell any of your personal information. Information gathered is saved and used only for your specific Cleaning Plan.

*Although we do our best to kill bacteria and viruses, we cannot always kill all of it everywhere because even the best products are only 99.9 percent effective giving the slightest chance it can still remain on surfaces that were treated. Not all is known about coronavirus, we follow guidelines from the CDC with the prevention of coronavirus, nothing is guaranteed.
